Shelter Startup Example:
Starting off with very flexible a small scale shelter operation and grow with your market -- In this overview example:
1) 5,000 sq. ft. to start with for automotive control module assembly with the availability 2000 additional sq. ft. to expand for growth. If needed, Rapid could dedicate a much smaller area to start adjacent to open space to grow into.
2) Customer supplied all the equipment. Rapid coordinated installation.
3) Customer supplies US raw material via Rapid’s El Paso warehouse or material coming from Mexico direct to JZ facility. Rapid coordinates customs and transportation.
4) Rapid provides all maquila licensing/permits, operating infrastructure in Mexico and bilingual support staff. Some employees are on customer’s payroll (full time) and some are on Rapid’s (not billed 100% of the time).
5) Labor, space and utilities (dedicated metering) billed monthly.
