Most clients supply Rapid with the equipment required that is product or process specific. However, expanding on our current and previous experience, Rapid has the in-house resources available to do labor intensive contract packaging, re-packaging and bulk pack-out as well.

Packout projects:
We have been performing Club Store Packout (Costco, Sams Club, etc.) for a major retail beverage company !
Repackaging bulk powdered drink mixes into retail club store packs is a brand new capability we have succesfully demostrated !
Operation involves:
- Receiving individually packaged drink mixes in bulk in our El Paso, TX warehouse.
- Transferring to our Juarez plant.
- Manufacturing and coordinating packaging materials internally and locally.
- Manually packaging in retail club packs and date coding.
- Palletizing labeling and shrink wrapping.
- Shipping to distribution centers from our El Paso, TX warehouse.

As with many projects, there is some overlap in content, specifically with our capacitor assembly project.
We installed and operate a moderately sized liquid filling operation in the manufacturing of capacitors complete with a small tank farm filling millions of capacitors per year.
