Motor Run Capacitor Manufacturing
In 1999, we started a small scale project of welding electrical terminals to the can top used for electrolytic capacitors. The equipment for that portion of the operation was transferred to our facilities and was up and running quickly. Once the terminal assembly operation was in place, the remaining equipment for the entire capacitor assembly line was transferred from North Adams, Massachusetts to our facilities in Juarez.

Electronics Cleaning Swabs
In our clean room facilities, Rapid manufactures for our client various types of cleaning swabs used in the high tech and electronics industry.
Product Winding Operation
Using equipment that was transferred to us from our customer, we perform simple high volume winding of the customer's product onto a plastic bobbin.
